Born in Minneapolis, I grew up with the love for skiing, skating and the great outdoors. Immediately after high school I joined the US Coast Guard Reserves and attended college in Wisconsin. I arrived in the Sun Valley area permanently over 40 years ago.
One of my first jobs was working for the local newspaper as a photographer for the Ketchum Tomorrow and was one of the founding partners of the Idaho Mountain Express. My real estate career started in 1988 and became a broker in 2001. I’ve been involved in development projects and other real estate partnerships. I served on the Sun Valley Board of Realtors as a Director for 6 years. My main business focus is quality service to my clients. Providing conscientious, professional, and personal assistance to locals, visitors, and second home owners.
As the president of the non-profit West Ketchum Community Coalition, I’m involved in promoting realistic community housing for Ketchum and Blaine County. I’ve been on the board of directors for the Wood River Community YMCA for over 10 years. This has proven to be a great asset to our community. I love to ski, hike, camp, tennis, golf, and play hockey. I’m a USA Hockey coaching instructor and a referee for the past 12 years. Currently, I am the president of the Idaho Amateur Hockey Association. The governing body for coaches, officials, and youth and adult hockey players in Idaho. I am grateful to have raised my children here and I enjoy giving back to the community that has been my home for many decades.
