We had a wonderful when Jane listed our condo. First of all, we had a much lower listing price in mind. However, Jane has a great understanding of the real estate market and property values so we were able to net a substantial amount more than we expected for our home. We actually sold above asking price within a day of listing it! The process was seamless, with Jane working with the buyer and only needing us to sign a few documents.
