We had a wonderful when Jane listed our condo. First of all, we had a much lower listing price in mind. However, Jane has a great understanding of the real estate market and property values so we were able to net a substantial amount more than we expected for our home. We actually sold above asking price within a day of listing it! The process was seamless, with Jane working with the buyer and only needing us to sign a few documents. She kept us informed of deadlines and walked us through each step of what we needed to do to complete the transaction. It was comforting to feel like she was a partner in the transaction, and we could trust her to have our best interests in mind. I truly recommend Jane if you're considering buying or selling any property!
